Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 handful fresh baby spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 2-3 tablespoons of porridge
  • 5-10 almonds
  • 1 Handful of curly Kale
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp protein powder

 

Preparations

  1. Put powder, spinach , kale, avocado and milk in bottom of juicer.
  2. Add in berries
  3. Blend.
  4. Drink!
