Get Healthy with Get Results

Getting Healthy is something that is normally high on most people’s lists of priorities in January. So this year we have created a challenge to help you lay down some really solid foundations for a healthy 2021.

To join the challenge you need to commit to these three actions for the month of January:

  1. 3 strength workouts per week – If you need guidance on strength workouts we have made up workouts for you to follow.
  2. Do 30 minutes of cardiovascular each day (walking, running, swimming, gardening/manual labour, cycling, gym cardio machines etc.)
  3. Be in bed for 11pm.

There is an entry fee of £20 with all proceeds going to MS Society Scotland. You can enter by clicking this link.

Make 2021 the year that you make achievable changes to your lifestyle. If you complete this challenge and don’t feel much  better both physically and mentally Get Results Fitness will happily match your donation to the charity.

These three simple actions are the cornerstone of great health. They are not gimmicky, or sexy like a lot of the other stuff you will see banded about over the next few weeks. They are just very effective and simple!
